We offer flat-rate ground shipping within the lower 48 states. We also offer USPS Priority Mail and several Express services.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are computed on combined weights of all the items in an order. For heavy shipments, UPS Ground tends be the most economical shipping method.
Most orders are shipped with in 2 to 3 business days. Orders requiring engraving or imprinting require 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery time for an order depends on the specific shipping service selected. All orders include shipping insurance. We do not charge sales tax outside California.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF WE SHIPPED A DIFFERENT ITEM THAN THE ONE THAT WAS ORDERED.

Unless otherwise noted, all items ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping service. If you have an urgent need for a paricular item, please send us an email and we will do our best to expedite your shipment.
RETURNS
All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization. If there's a problem with the items you have purchased from us, send us an email describing the problem and reference your order number.
In general, defective or incorrect items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for replacement or refund. If the item is defective or we were in error in the initial shipment, we will refund your full purchase price.
On some professional wine openers (Cedon, Dion, Zeus & Electropull), there is a restocking fee, usually 15%, for returns or exchanges.
Any breakage in shipping must be reported within 10 days. Original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available for claims.
Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. When we actually receive the item(s) back in our warehouse, we will then credit your credit card account for the product or products.
